Responsibilities:

• Craft UX artifacts to provide viable choices and considerations including flows, frames, and prototypes
• Customize, design, and visualize user interface screens, transitions, animations, VFX
• Work hand in hand to provide UX support to game designers, engineers, and artists
• Design intuitive application designs
• Learn and anticipate user requirements to create a seamless and streamlined user experience
• Collaborate with the Art and Game Director to solve user experience challenges
• Design wireframe mockups and provide the team with choices of design solutions
• Anticipate problematic delivery and brainstorm possible solutions
• Maintain the artistic direction of the game and anticipated progression
• Design and seek out creative solutions that have a positive impact and outcome on the game
• Provide feedback to other team members

What you bring to the team:

• Proficient in expected design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Framer etc.
• Experience working in a gaming environment specializing in UX design
• A portfolio demonstrating your expertise
• Experience working in a gaming environment and development team
• Comprehensive understanding of technical considerations
• A willingness to challenge yourself and find solutions
• Experience with layout design principles
• Understanding of current trends and user expected interface designs
• Self-motivated and driven with a true passion for the industry
• Passionate about games and gaming.
• Clean and modular designs / implementation
• Open to feedback and ability to use that feedback in future applications
