With over 5+ years of experience within the gaming industry, you will be required to lead and manage a team of talented and passionate developers, community managers, and administrators. We are looking for a vibrant leader to help achieve our goal of pushing the boundaries of our competitive universe. The success or failure of new projects will depend on your ability to lead, manage, and help facilitate an enjoyable product for our players. 

What you will have to do

• Work daily with the founders and leads of Cosmic Games. 
• Build streamlined processes and organized systems for current and new projects.
• Foster a healthy working relationship with all your team members. 
• Understand how to produce the highest standard of content, while adhering to our quick turnaround timeline.
• Have an understanding of failure and how to overcome it. 
• Foster creative team collaborations to solve daily challenges.
• Work closely with the team to realize a quality final product.

• Have a deep understanding of team management and tempo control
• Passionate about games and gaming.
• Able to understand feedback and criticism and use it to overcome challenging problems
• 5+ years of experience in the video game industry
